Arthritis SA does not necessarily recommend products advertised in the Arthritis Shop. Some people may assume that anything that appears here has been cleared, vetted or in some way approved by Arthritis SA. This is not so. Please exercise your own judgement about whether the advertised product is likely to help you personally and, where appropriate, take advice from yoru doctor or health professional before purchasing. Refund Policy
. Arthritis SA will replace a product if the goods purchased are faulty or become faulty through no fault of your own.
. Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be accompanied by proof of purchase. You may also be
asked to verify that the problem with the item was not of your own making.
. Please note that once opened from their secure wrapping, DVDs or CDs cannot be returned unless they are found
to be faulty.
. Credits and refunds may be offered at our discretion.
. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a credit or refund if you simply change your mind.
