The Wellness Support Group - Northern Suburbs

The Wellness Support Group provides ongoing support to people who have completed a Moving Towards Wellness Course.

The atmosphere of the group is happy and positive with lots of laughter. We benefit and gain from each other's experiences and share in each other's triumphs. Ages are mixed from mid 30s to 80 plus.

Every month we welcome a guest speaker and enjoy a shared lunch together.
The aims of the group is:
to have fun
to educate
to support
socialise

The emphasis is very much on ownership and we encourage members to take an active role in whatever way is appropriate for them.

The group meets from 10.00am - 12.30 pm on the first Thursday of each month (except January) at the Salisbury Uniting Church, corner of Brown and Park Tce Salisbury.
