Fibromyalgia is a syndrome for which there is no single known
'cause' and
no known 'cure'.
Fibromyalgia SA was developed to provide information, education
and support for people living with Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS),
their families, carers and service providers.
The support group has regular monthly meetings throughout the year
with guest speakers from different areas of the medical profession,
other support services and alternative therapies. Click "Calendar"
for dates and times.
All meetings are held at the
Arthritis Foundation of SA
Unit 1, 202 Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton
Phone: (08) 8379 5711
On the first Sunday of each month.
We also conduct several Lay-Person's guide to Making Sense of Fibromyalgia
presentations during the year. This presentation enables those affected
by FMS to gain a greater understanding of the condition and management
strategies. Please click "Calendar"
for dates and times of the next presentation.
