Walk for Arthritis a great success!
A stream of walkers clad in sapphire blue T-shirts carrying the message that kids get arthritis too cut a path along South Australia's best known metropolitan beach on Sunday 29 March 2015 in Arthritis SA's Walk for Arthritis.
Surreal against blue-mauve early morning light and a glass flat sea, the Brighton to Glenelg walkers drew the attention of other morning walkers and the seaside brekkie set to the walker's message. Among them were new supporters who embraced the awareness and fundraising event.
Money raised from this fun way to start a day will help fund the appointment of a paediatric rheumatology nurse in South Australia.

Arthritis SA to fund first Paediatric Rheumatology Nurse
Arthritis SA will fund the state's first dedicated Paediatric Rheumatology Nurse at the Women's and Children's Hospital to cope with a significant rise in the number of South Australian children diagnosed with the debilitating condition.
